Acceptance

By adding Pixl Bot to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to:

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use Pixl Bot to:

• Moderate your Discord server
• Log messages and events
• Manage support tickets
• Run giveaways and polls
• Assign self-service roles
• Other features as documented

Prohibited Use

You may not use Pixl Bot to:

• Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Collect data for purposes other than server management
• Spam or abuse bot commands
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use automated scripts to interact with the bot
• Resell or redistribute bot access

Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add Pixl to your server, you are responsible for:

• Informing members about logging and data collection
• Complying with applicable laws (GDPR, etc.)
• Properly configuring the bot
• Managing moderator access appropriately

Service Availability

• Pixl Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees
• We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
• Features may change, be added, or removed
• We may suspend service for maintenance or abuse

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for data loss
• We are not liable for actions taken by moderators using the bot
• We are not liable for Discord outages or API changes
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Termination

By You

You may stop using Pixl at any time by removing the bot from your server.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Use the bot for illegal purposes
• Fail to respond to abuse reports

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. You agree to resolve disputes in the appropriate jurisdiction.
